How to Fix Circulation in Your Feet

Are you suffering cold feet? Do you often have the impression that your feet are cold but sweating? You may have problems with blood circulation in your lower limbs. You are not alone. There are many people who suffer from this problem.

Now we are entering winter, this problem may get worse. It feels uncomfortable and certainly does not contribute to your good mood if your feet are like a block of ice.

You can do a lot to improve the situation by observing some exercises that can be easily done.

You do not even need to take medicine. A little discipline on your part. Small daily exercises can help you solve this problem.

Here I give you some hints and tips: when you take a bath, your feet get the first warm water and soon after the water is cold. When I say "warm" I do not mean heat. There are other small exercises that can help you get your feet warm and keep them warm. It does not consider energy points but only some movements.
