Are you suffering cold feet? Do you often have the impression that your feet are cold but sweating? You may have problems with blood circulation in your lower limbs. You are not alone. There are many people who suffer from this problem.
Now we are entering winter, this problem may get worse. It feels uncomfortable and certainly does not contribute to your good mood if your feet are like a block of ice.
You can do a lot to improve the situation by observing some exercises that can be easily done.
You do not even need to take medicine. A little discipline on your part. Small daily exercises can help you solve this problem.
Here I give you some hints and tips: when you take a bath, your feet get the first warm water and soon after the water is cold. When I say "warm" I do not mean heat. Just warm, like your body temperature. Then you shower again with warm water and then cool. Do this several times, in quick order. Then dry your feet by rubbing them with a towel.
Stand on both legs, keeping their shoulders wide open. Then lift your heels and let them fall to the floor. Repeat this movement six times. You can do this exercise several times during the day, but always go with six times lifting and falling. This exercise is also good for people suffering from slow bowel movements. This should be avoided by pregnant women.
Massage point at the end of calf muscle. This is the energy point connected to the various channels of energy that flows through the foot. You find this point in the middle of your back. It may be painful when you press it. Press it in circular motion three times. Repeat this movement seven times.
There are other energy points on your feet. I will not list them. It would be better to learn the most important. If you use it, you will benefit your whole body.
There are other small exercises that can help you get your feet warm and keep them warm. It does not consider energy points but only some movements. Lie down on your bed (or on the floor) and stretch your legs, stretch and count as far as you can stretch. At first you may experience cramps but just ignore them and continue stretching. Then relax, bend your legs toward your body and count as far as you can. Then relax. Now make a circular motion with your foot, first out from the inside out for thirty times. After that you go the other way and move in a circle from the inside out, again for thirty times. You can repeat this exercise several times a day. Do not do it before bed. It can keep you awake at night.
