10 Common Reasons of Pain Feet

1. Bunion - Bunion is a common cause of foot pain. This condition is caused when the joint at the base of your big toe becomes enlarged. This enlargement causes pressure on the area, and can make walking difficult or sometimes difficult. If you stand on your feet for hours, walking, wearing tight shoes, or misusing your feet then maybe they will start to swell. This is a common condition for women late in pregnancy. If your feet swell, raise and let them rest for a while. This will usually relieve any pain or pain you feel. Hot soak also works well on the aching feet.

5. Growing into toenails - growing inner toenails can be very painful, and unattractive and frustrating. 8. Heel Spur - The heel spur is the growth of bone that occurs in your muscles or tendons. This growth can cause pain every time the tendon or muscle moves. Often these spurs should be removed surgically to relieve the pain completely.

9. Arthritis - Arthritis affects every joint in your body, including those on your feet. With this disease appears swelling, pain, and even the sensation of heat. You may have trouble moving your toes and other affected joints, and they can crack and erupt as you move them.

10. No Arch - If you do not have an arch then you will usually experience pain in the legs. Flat feet place stress and pressure on unnatural foot areas, and can cause pain.
